I've been meaning to write back and say the same thing all day, but I simply
haven't had the time. Bruce is precisely correct. However, in our case, I've
found that a tee with two terminators hasn't always proven sufficient. Our
LANIC seems to be right on the edge of passing its internal tests and we get
the error about 50% of the time.

Bruce is also correct that on a Micro not connected to a network, the error is
completely ignorable.
