Here in the UK we are currently paying between $1.17/ltr and $1.23/ltr (high
taxes plus what the supplier thinks he can successfully screw out of the
customer).

When I visit my Malaysian in-laws, I've been paying $0.289/ltr (this has
been fixed for the last 3 years !!!).
