First, have you cycled the power to the printer?
 
Second, have you printed out the test sheet identifying all the card
settings and assessed them for 'reasonableness'?
 
Third, is the IP address static or dynamic?  That is assigned from the front
panel/telnet or loaded with BootP/DHCP?
 
Fourth do you use multiple protocols (Netware, DLC, TCP/IP, Appletalk) to
this printer?
 
Fifth, if yes to above, can you isolate the problem is to a specific protocol?
 
 
The above doesn't necessarily fix the problem, but hopefully may give some
clue to the cause.
 
Finally, if you can swap the card with a known good one, and put the suspect
card in another known good machine, you may identify the problem closer as well.
