Before you blame Interex you may want to consider that your boss may just
not be that interested and lost the ballot. I by no means hold Interex
blameless but have never had a problem getting a ballot. Just a thought.
More importantly:
A Site Basic membership allows an additional two members. If I am not
mistaken both of these members get a vote.

Maybe Interex doesn't want us to vote?
I'm not the primary contact on our Interex membership, but every time I
encourage my boss (largely due to nudges appearing on HP3000-L) to VOTE,
the response is complete lack of knowledge of the election, including
'never saw a ballot'.
Just how does this voting procedure (there IS one, right?) work?
