Can anyone help with this?

Mid day yesterday, one of our printer ports (serial connection) dropped
spooling. A Zebra label printer is attached to this port and prints
Shipping Labels. We are running on an A500-140-100 with MPE 7.0. The
console message received is (abbreviated):

FDEVICECONTROL error (Native Mode Spooler message 9547)
Device is off-line (Printer Storage Manager message 23)
Low Level I/O message 204

I can reset the port and start spooling and only one label will print
out. It then drops spooling.

We have replaced the printer - same thing. We have moved the printer to
a different port - same thing. To my knowledge, nothing in our
environment has changed.

Any help would be appreciated.
