Subject: Who downloads patches from HP ESC (SupportLine)?

Hi folks:
Just a quick poll for those of you who are interested:
- Have you ever downloaded an MPE/iX patch from the HP Electronic
Support Center?

NO
- Do you currently download patches?

YES. for HP-UX
- Do you tend to use AUTOPAT or Patch/iX (or either) on the downloaded
patches?

IF WE GET A PATCH WE ALWAYS USE AUTOPAT - our experiences with Patch/iX
didn't put too much confidence in this tool ....
- Do you have access to MPE/iX patches some other way that (I think) is
no longer supported (e-mail,
direct dial-in, etc.)?

WE ALWAYS GOT THE PATCHES ON DAT BY OUR RESPONSE CENTER - and we prefer
this method.
In case you're wondering what this is for, we are in the process of
improving the MPE individual patch download side of the HP ESC site.
Thanks in advance,
