Jean, I'm not sure your email is telling us the actual LLIO
error number.  I haven't seen values as large as -213.
BTW, LLIO is *subsystem* number 113, and I/O Services is
*subsystem* number 213.

In the apparently quoted/appended text, you say:

In the above, the two error numbers reported are -28 and -11.

An LLIO error of -11 is: LLIO_BIND_BAD_HW_ADDR
