InfoWorld's Brian Livingston has a column on c|net's NEWS.COM
about the policies of Internet domain registrar Network
Solutions, Inc. (NSI).

Specifically,

   NSI may terminate "domain name registration services" if the
   registrant uses them for "any improper purpose, as determined
   in our sole discretion." The term "improper" is left open for
   NSI to interpret.

In other words, all domain names registered through NSI are
hanging by a thread.
