N-Class Fan

We have an N-Class making noise and the alert light came on.  I quickly identified the issues as Fan 7.  Can someone enlighten me with:
1) The location of the fan?
2) Is it hot swappable?
3) How urgent is the need to replace it?  (Can it wait until the weekend?)
