   um.... the number of usages has never been determined for the same reason
that you can't determine the number of licks it takes to get to the center of a
tootsie pop!  ... ie.. Murphy makes the tape die exactly when you need it most!
hehehe

Seriously tho, I have used tapes for over 100 uses regularly and not had a
problem as long as I was using a good quality tape and it wasn't a "thin"
tape... ie... the 120 m and longer ones :)
