The short answer:

No.

The long answer:

The NFS client must be customized for the HP 3000 because the NFS
methodology requires that file system requests for the mounted volume be
redirected at the level of the OS.  This means that intercepts must be
installed for many different OS routines (meaning the software must be
MPE-specific).  I'm fairly sure that nobody else has taken the time or
expended the resources necessary to accomplish this task.

A better route for you to go might be to describe what outcome you're trying
to achieve and to let folks here help figure out what tools might be a good
choice.  Samba/iX or even simple FTP might work fine depending on what
you're trying to do.
