To address the concerns of the lack of index or descriptive names. I found
that the session numbers are on the Interex website as you look at each
individual session description. These numbers match with the presentations.
So simply look up the session numbers for the talks of interest and then
retrieve the slides from the FTP site.

                This works for me:
ftp://198.151.251.239/pub/conference/e3k03east/

                and I want to thank Jeff for recommending Speakeasy to me in
December.  The
                service has been reliable and the company appears to be well
run.

                Quoting Brian Duncombe <[log in to unmask]>:

                > Can someone please confirm whether ftp.interex.org can be
resolved
                > from outside interex

                I checked a couple of different DNS servers and found one
that returns:

                ftp.interex.org. is an alias for archive.interex.org.
                archive.interex.org. has address 198.151.251.239

                <plug>
                The one that works happens to be run by my ISP.
                I highly recommend them:
http://www.speakeasy.net/refer/175157
                </plug>

                I agree that Interex's DNS entries (or at least this one)
have a
                problem. In the meanwhile, using the IP address above
should provide a
                work-around. I connected and did an anonymous login to
confirm the
                server has Interex-related content.
