I am doing this from memory so forgive me a bit.

hit control P
shift FE
will put you in Field engineer mode.   You will see an FE in the upper corner.

Next go to system parameteres,

Host parameters ?   What is the system type?

Also when you run ODE mapper what is the mapper seeing (drive type) it should be C2300WD? if not
the system host is not set correctly.
