Re: Telnet delay in logon 1-2 minutes to get ":" prompt.

Yes, your problem does appear to be the SR 1653202150.  With no
RESLVCNF.NET.SYS file present and logging enabled "inetd.net.sys;info="-l"
you will see a 1-2 minute delay while inetd attemps to do a reverse name
lookup (ip to name) to add this name to the logging entry.

Currently this SR is in the lab to be fixed, workaround is to not use
logging if you do not use the RESLVCNF.NET.SYS file and if you do not
have a DNS Server.
