For anyone who is interested... HP have analysed the dump and have determined
that the abort was caused by a corrupted process data dictionary header pointer
in the PFL header which was corrupted during the load phase. It is filed as a
critical problem with an SR# 1653228379.  They are still deciding the exact
cause.
