If you have MPEX/VEAudit, the following from their online help (I've used it
and can vouch that it works well):

Syntax:   %VEAUDIT COPYACCT accountset [,targetset]
                   [;OUT=filename]
                   [;ONVS=volume_name]                     (NEW)

          %VEAUDIT COPYGROUP groupset [,targetset]
                   [;OUT=filename]
                   [;ONVS=volume_name]                     (NEW)

          %VEAUDIT COPYUSER userset [,targetset]
                   [;OUT=filename]

Examples: %VEAUDIT COPYACCT @, @; OUT=ACCSTRUC
          %VEAUDIT COPYUSER @.AP-MGR.AP, @.GL
