Yes, just a few miles from the Wisconsin border off I-94

Yep, been there, done that.  The last time I was in the Stillwater State Pen

we were under lockdown (1979 I think and I didn't start the riot, honest!
??:~)

I did a quick web search and found documents that indicate the penitentiary
is
still operating as of 2001.  I will check with a friend to see if the
facility
is still under operation today.
