Before you install have you tried enabling subsystem dump? This is done via the
program "SDUTIL.MPEXL.TELESUP".

If you are on 6.5 or 7.0 you would also need a patch. MPEMX21 corrects a problem
where the subsystem dump tries to touch a memory manager object it doesn't have
permission to touch. On 6.5 the latest GR patch including this is MPEMXE5A while
on 7.0 MPEMX21B is still available and is in 7.0 power patch 2.

Subsystem dump when enabled with quarantine the file and also allows FSCHECK to
get rid of it, see QPURGE and QDISPLAY. You'd need to access the file to have all
this occur so I'd recommend doing that at a point where an abort could be tolerated
just in case subsystem dump can't quarantine it for some reason.

If you haven't used subsystem dump and think you might run into problems I would
recommend contacting the HP Response Center or your software support provider
for additional help. Don't do an install unless you really have to!

Bill
