While the Help does not indicate that jobname is accepted as
input, the CI will accept it and perform the process.

The online HELP indicates that a jobname is not supported by
ALTPROC.  However the user.acct specification does work.

You can use the STREAM ...;IN= to schedule to appropriate job
to run at 8:00AM and another job (or the same job with some
AM/PM logic or SHOWPROC parsing) to run at 6:00 PM.
