Greg Stigers and possibly one other person has told me anytime he posts to
the list, he gets a message back from my email (client or server or mail
gateway, unknown which) stating something like "this email address does not
accept HTML formatted messages."

Greg's messages usually have a URL in the footer, but I don't know if
that's the problem.

I sent an explicitly HTML formatted messages from my Yahoo account to my
kp.org address, and got no bounce at all.

Greg's postings still get to me, it's just the annoyance for him that's a
concern.

If anyone would like to help diagnose this, please answer:

1) do you get a complaint like this back, related to my kp.org address,
whenever you post to the list?

2) is there any HTML in your outbound message (like Yahoo and Hotmail seem
to insert.)

3) is there a URL in your message that is converted to an HTML link by your
email system?

4) are you using a private/corporate email system, a for-fee ISP's email,
or a free email service?

5) If you get the bounce message, where do the headers indicate the bounce
originates (IP or server name.)

6) If you don't mind, please state the mail system you use (Lotus,
Exchange, Yahoo, Hotmail, other free email.....)

I would apreciate the help. Please respond directly to me only, unless you
feel the list needs to see your response.
