Just in case you missed Jon Bale's (HP IMAGE Database Lab Manager) FULL
original post to HP3000-L and Ken Paul's follow-up post, I placed them at
Adager's web site a couple of weeks ago. Visit http://www.adager.com and
click on the sixth link ("What is an IMAGE database?"). There, under "DDX
(Dynamic Detail Dataset Expansion)", you will see the necessary references.
I believe the information contained in Jon Bale's post + Ken Paul's post
will answer your questions quite well.
Perhaps Ken Sletten, SIGIMAGE Chairman, would like to add some comments?
Don't worry about being paranoid. As INTEL's Andy Grove is fond of saying,
"Only the Paranoid Survive"...
Realistically yours,
