Perhaps this is another opportunity to enlighten. At least, I hope so, but
it has been years since I was using the HP 3000 and HP software for an email
server, back in the MS Mail days. Worked well enough. Can someone fill me in
on OpenMail and the 3000, or perhaps fill InformationWeek in?

Also yesterday, HP began shipping OpenMail 6.0, the latest
release of its Unix-based messaging platform. The software is
now more tightly integrated with Microsoft Outlook, providing
users with public folders and shared calendars. Improved
scalability lets a single OpenMail server support up to 1
million users. Version 6.0 also features Web-based management
interface support for LDAP version 3 and improved
interoperability with Exchange and Lotus Domino servers.
