Hello all who are interested in this,
 
I called the 800 number Friday morning to get a 7937 and a 7933 removed.
The one who answered was friendly and knowledgeable.  She asked if we had
removed all the data off the machine that we needed and if the devices
were disconnected from the CPU and, if necessary, removed from the
cabinet.  She then said someone would contact me for scheduling.
 
Then Friday after lunch another person called to verify the address and
she the pickup will be today until Wednesday.  Now, since I've had these
two devices sitting around for many months, I can wait even until Friday
for the pickup!
 
If they don't show, I'll let everyone know.  However, based on the calls
I made on Friday, I would be very surprised if they did not show.
