Freadseek was written in the MPE/V days and really does not need to be
used these days.
It would start a background i/o to read the data into a buffer that the
subsequent
FREADDIR would benefit from.

Because this intrinsic is little used this problem has not come up
before except for 
2 cases that I know of. In both cases the fix was to comment out the
FREADSEEK.
