I know this topic has been beaten to death ( tried to find the answer in
the archives first ) but I am not sure I have seen the answer I am
looking for yet. So here goes my first posting using this forum....
I have a 928rx in my organisation and am trying to get some network
printing happening to my laserjets on the LAN. I have figured out
NPCONFIG and managed to use and environment file PCLLP.HPENV.SYS (
picked up from an earlier entry in the archive ) and lo and behold
everything works,,,well almost. My problem is page creep. Has anyone
else come across this problem ? It is worth noting that in Aust. we use
A4 stationary as a rule and I note North America ( hence HP and
suppliers of the env files ) may have designed them for legal
stationary. I will admit I have not yet had a good look at the content
of the files themselves and am hoping I can save time by someone
pointing me in the right direction.
Just finally, for a newcomer to this forum, it is already proving
beneficial...there are not many HP3000 sites left in Australia hence not
many peers. I look forward to reading and learning more.
