Perhaps someone in marketing took the instruction literally of "We need to improve the visibility of our Brand". Three decades of cold dead fish indeed.

John Dvorak writes:-
"Is the HP marketing department high? I do not want to go point-by-point, but Russell Brand, for starters, normally portrays a sleazebag and generally plays that character all the timeāeven during personal appearances. How does this foster a love for an HP tablet or Veer phone? "Hey, I'm a sleazebag. I buy HP!" "

John Dvorak is careful to only say 'plays a sleazebag', but I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions.
Anyway, there's Brand, apparently endorsing the HP TouchPad, because he's on the iCarly show (I guess nobody has made an iLeo show yet).
I wonder if he'll use its marketing slogan - "Works But Nothing Else"?
Oh no, hang on, ermm.... can that be quite right? :-)
