Hi Bill,
Use SuprTool.... at least I would.... out put the record to a flat file and
then read it back in with the bytes/characters changed as you need them to be...

We did it here when we needed to change a character ID number.

Hi,

Does anyone have a quick and dirty way to delete all leading zeroes from a
numeric field in a manual master? Quiz, QTP and SUPRTOOL are all available...

TIA,

Bill Lancaster
