Thanks, all, for the many responses I got when I whined about not being able
to get the suggested all-GR-patches tape from the HPRC.  I tried again
yesterday, and when I got a similar response as before, I read the lucky CE
some of your responses.  After waiting just a few minutes while he discussed
this with his manager, he told me that the problem was largely due to
miscommunication within the HPRC, and that his manager was in the process of
informing the entire scattered staff that it would be ok to issue such
tapes.  I now have that tape in hand; the HPRC came through via their polite
and helpful CE Salvatore.
