The communicator comes out for each new release of MPE and discusses the
changes, etc. It comes to you if you buy the new release or are on support.
It is also on the MPE laserrom, which also is a cost item (it has all of
the MPE manuals - well most of them - not really all) from HP.

There is a great deal in the search databases HP Support keeps on this.
Also many of the Technical Tips of the Week (or is it month) are about MPE
(the other are Unix) - you can find this at the same place.
