If you have VESOFT's MPEX utility, you can give the command:
 
        ALTFILE MECONS;CODE=665
 
and that should take care of your problema.  If not, you can still use
the FCOPY utility:
 
        FILE LZWFILE1;CODE=665
        FCOPY FROM=MECONS;TO=LZWFILE1;NEW
 
should create you a valid LZW file.  If none of these work, then you'll
have to re-transmit the file in Reflection using the LABELS method of
file transfer.
