I had a run-in the VESOFT recently when they refused to believe that their product was responsible for crashing our HP.  Their reply said "it works for us - so there's no problem".  Once I replied with the evidence they then managed to Crash their own machine. I didn't get an apology - but at least they are now working on the problem. 

The moral - I think their techical support need to listen to their customers.
