I suppose that depends on your state of mind at the time.  :-)

I'm in the Navy Reserve, so I'm a bit schizophrenic about blue.  There's the
Blue (adjective) Angels and then there is our Dress Blue (noun) uniforms.
Don't get my started on Haze Gray (or Grey, if you prefer) though!

A person from Boeing would say that blue is a noun, because that is pilots
"Off we go" to.
However, is the blue (noun) over yonder(adjective), or is it blue
(adjective) yonder (noun)?
