Fortunately, posts send to hp3000-L are archived *immediately*.
Thus, for example, if you're wondering if there has been any activity
on the list (as opposed to you having a problem receiving email), you
can search the archives for all posts since, for example,
1998-10-08 13:00
I *think* this is always in "Tennessee time" (EST/EDT).
Incidentally, as far as "searching the archives" goes, there are a couple
ways to do this. One is to head straight to the "Search the Archives" URL
(which is darned near impossible to remember), and the other is to head to
< http://raven.utc.edu/archives/hp3000-L.html >
Select the week you want (probably the most recent), and sort however you
wish. Or, that page also has a link to the Search page. Right nice! :)
