Hi All,

 I am a Customer Support professional with extensive management,
hands-on engineering and Call Center experience in the IT field.

I have spent an extensive number of years in various positions within
Customer Support organizations. Most recently, as Team Manager,
Customer Support Center, for Hewlett Packard, I managed teams of
support engineers providing phone and electronic support to customers
across North America. My teams have been recognized as an industry
leader in the Computer support field.

My exceptional strengths are People Skills, Organization, Planning,
Problem Solving and Teamwork.

I looking for a position which will allow me to continuing my career in
Customer Support in a Technical Support or Management role.

I am willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
