If you double reference the variable, it stays dynamic at all times.
eg: SETVAR HPPROMPT,"!!HPGROUP.!!HPACCOUNT:"
^--causes dynamic dereferencing
You can also set this in the CI PROMPT thru Sysgen,MIsc, CIPROMPT for system
wide use. This remains dynamic as well.
