Not sure if it was what "Wong, Wilson" was asking, but the way I read the
question, the answer is, I think, "constantly". A message comes into listserv
and (correct me if I'm wrong, Jeff) gets stuck into the archives in the same
procedure which sends it out to the appropriate list members.
