Mat,

What model is the machine?  The 9X8 seriers has a switch on the back with
Normal/Service positions.  The switch needs to be in the Service position.

Hi
I am having a peculiar problem with my HP machine. I am not able to
shutdown the HP3000 machine. When u press CTRL+A nothing happens. It
was working fine earlier. The CRTL key seems to be working as when u
press CRTL+G you get the beep sound. Can any body please help me.
Shift+reset and CTRL+shift+reset also does not seem to work. Is there
any configuration setting to be done?
