Network problems clobbering HP3000 TELNET.

Hi,

We have been having problems with some network servers NT & NOVELL. When
they crash the HP3000 is still up and fine but we loose just "TELNET" on
the HP3000.  Bringing the network down and up again does not fix this.
The only thing that works is rebooting the HP3000.

Now, is there a command that would "reinitialize" the network services? So
we can avoid re-booting the HP3000.

Any Ideas?
