Clean un-install of netbase

I installed a new system that does NOT have Netbase but it looks like there are
some "remains" out there.

When I run DBGENRL, I am getting this error message.

UNRESOLVED EXTERNALS: sphashopenr  (LDRERR 512)
UNRESOLVED EXTERNALS: sphashread  (LDRERR 512)
ERROR !  Unable to load specified program
WARNING !  NETBASE Processing failed

ERROR !  Netbase failure in dsize()

Does anyone know how to remove Netbase, without having Netbase to do the
uninstall?
