Gentlemen,

I found the discussion concerning the HP5000 F100.
I "googled" it, because the HP5000 F100/F135 printer is "my" printer.

HP was our OEM partner for several years. In cooperation we implemented PCL4
on our production printer. HP sold this printers as its HP5000 line.
At this time our firm was part of the SIEMENS AG. group
Unfortunately the cooperation ended due to a silly sales conflict.

But with the experience implementing PCL4 we were able to implement over the
past years PCL5e in our new production printers with the known quality.
This printers are plug and play compatible to the HP5000 line.

Now we are part of the Oce group but still world leader in nativ PCL production
printing. That means up to 600 A4 pages per minute on fanfold printer and
up to 158 ppm on cut sheet printer with our SRA technologie!

I am the project leader for PCL on our SRA printer family and working
on this from the beginning.
So HP does not make large PCL printers but we do it!

Give this gladsome message to all people looking for a displacement for the
HP5000 F100/F135 line.

Feel free to contact me if you have any question and I apologize my english
but I am shure my PCL is better :-)

Best Regards
G. Ostien
