Here is the code I have been using for the pause.  The people I got it from had
a number of seconds
 for this value, which I did not get the results that they had told me I would
for length of time.
Right now I can't remember how long this will pause for, but it should be 30-60
seconds (not forever).

I just played around with the number until I got a result that I liked.
