HP has supplied each of ours. Your channel partner should know for
sure.

Subject: [HP3000-L] Support Link Modem?

We just got two 918's in, one here in Ohio and the other in Texas.
HP is on-site installing the one in Texas (I'm trying to keep an
eye on them from here in Ohio). The HP engineer was checking the
system out and told me there is no modem on it. I was under the
assumption that all HP3000's came with a support link modem. I'm
trying to get in touch with our channel partner who sold us these
things, but I thought I would try the list in the meantime. So,
does anyone know if HP still supplies the support link modem for
use with Predictive? Or do I have to supply my own? If I need to
buy one, which modem should I get? Thanks.
