I can't say absolutely no, because there might possibly be some arcane way
to make Fcopy invoke an editor of some sort.  But still, no.  Try Qedit,
Editor, Quad, TDP, any editor should be able to do it.

Unless you want single-character transformations like Upshift or EBCDIC
translations, use an editor.
