Mike gave me a idea... how bout a list of our favorite quotes.... I have a few suggestions.

After installing a new HP969/200, The box was responsible for scheduling and accounting for 60 plants and had over 300 users... the directors response was...

"We will never need a box bigger than that."

I just bought my first home PC, it was a 486 66MHz wint 8mb memory and a 512MB hard drive (IIRC). 17 inch monitor.

The VP of the department response...

"Why does anyone need such a workhorse?"

I was off to install a Computer Telephony Integration server... the server had T1 cards and basically was the Answering machine... read the DTMF (dial tone) and intelligently transferred the calls based on caller ID and decisions from the customer database via ODBC... what ever that DB would be.

  The bosses response...

"Don't ya just push a button?"
