SSIS in 2005 and DTS in 2000 are pretty different animals. While 2005
lets you continue to run your existing DTS packages, even aginst 2005
databases, what you cannot do is create new DTS, or even modify an
existing one ... there is no DTS designer in 2005.

SSIS is not just a rename or superset of DTS. Kent's source is correct
in that, going forward, there is not DTS ... only SSIS.
