While it won't help with the ITRC problem, I have begun to use an
OpenLDAP server on MPE/iX to "remember" customer eMail addresses.

It's quite handy as I can now use the repository from my PC as well
as my laptop. I'm using Netscape Mail. No idea about other clients.

Oh, and to maintain the LDAP entries, I am using a small Java Servlet
that uses the JNDI (Java Naming and Directory Interface) as well as
LDAP provider classes from the Sun web site. Running under control of
Apache JServ on MPE/iX, of course :-)
