Well, I would prefer that Wirt handle the administration of either a WSJ ad
or a non-profit organization (mainly because we can't take credit cards);
however, I'm not sure what good a WSJ ad would do at this late date. Maybe
say something like "We're mad as hell and we're not going to take it
anymore"? I think we made a strategic error when we folded the WSJ ad last
year in response to (now-revealed) phony promises.
As for HP, if you're listening and interested, how about coming up with some
innovative ways I can tell my CFO/CEO how he (and I) have wasted the
company's money by betting on a now-obsolete product? Oh, and then tell me
how I should convince him to spend more money with the company that just
blew our IT strategy out of the water. Fat chance of that, eh? As the
saying goes, once burned, twice shy.
