Who are you guys?
I have never been so busy, looking up so many words in
the dictionary.  (tautological)

"self-imposed management mantra"--isn't that conundrum like?
Wirt, are you suggesting that managers would lie? And the lies lead to a
lack of productivity? Confusion? Even apathy?
How shocking!
One would suppose that the reinvention of self includes defining that the
truth is what you define it to be! How tautological!

If you want to be a leader in today's world, let me offer you a trick in ONE
easy step:

     Step 1: Read Darwin -- or at least be able to quote one specific
Darwinian sentence.

<snip>

I gather that there is a great sense of instability out there in the world,
and as a result, a great uncertainty as to what to do next. The foolish
conclusion of this new self-imposed management mantra would be to assume
that
you must constantly re-invent yourself and that what is past is no longer
prologue, nor even desirable.
