Linda -

The City of Sparks has been using TS7X24 for about 2 years or so now. We
have been very happy with it.
There were some issues right at first with Image but we solved them a long
time ago (or so it seems ;-). I have actually done complete restores from
my production machine to our development machine and have had no problems.
We schedue our
backups at night when most of the City has gone home (except for the Fire
and Police Dept).

I guess the end result is, we are happy with the product and we do use it.
If you would like more info let me know.
