I just clicked on the link http://itrc.hp.com and it automatically directed me to the europe support site.

Well, at the moment it seems to have gone from worse to non-existent.

Can anyone else reach http://itrc.hp.com ?

It seems to want to redirect me to us.itrc.hp.com, at which point my
browser gives the notorious "unable to locate the server" message. Also, an
nslookup on that node returns "Non-existent host/domain".
